As the villa is a new purchase we are committed to keeping rental costs competitive for 2010, and probably for the forseeable future.
Our lowest rate is £325.00 GBP per week to a maximum of £395.00 per week, with some discounts available for early booking and longer stays. (for other currency rates please contact us).
For an individual quote e.mail us at the address provided above, giving details of the dates requested and number and ages of party members.
In some instances we may require a refundable security deposit to be held against any damage or breakages. This will be returned immediately after our Management Company confirm that the house is in order, usually within a week of departure or less.
Our Management Company, Greg and Julie, are on hand for any queries or advice, and live just a short distance from the villa.
What Next?
If you decide to book the villa, we will confirm the costs and any security deposit if required. We will then e.mail you a Booking Form, setting out the terms of the Rental, Deposit required and Cancellation Terms. The Booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
