Jeff and I have been visiting Florida since 1990, and finally took the plunge in 2004, and bought a home on the nearby Vista Del Lago community. We have enjoyed it so much we decided to buy a larger second home, and after much searching, where we liked the villa, but not the location, and vice versa, finally found exactly what we were looking for, at the Manors South.

There are no rear neighbours, and  you can either use our lovely, private (heated if required) fully screened pool, or avail yourself of the excellent community facilities located nearby. The pool also has underwater lighting, and there are exterior lights on the deck, for those hot Florida evenings.

The pool is in sun for almost all of the day during spring and summer, and we have just extended the deck space by 6 feet across the rear of the existing deck and added additional furniture. It now measures approximately 36 feet by 24 feet. The pool itself is app. 25 feet long. 

Both living areas have 40 inch HD TV's. The formal lounge has a surround sound system, and 100 cable TV channels, and the family room has approximately 300 TV channels, many of which are in HD.
There are free local and national telephone calls for the US and Canada, and a phone card can  be provided for International calls.
