Welcome to Jeff and Sandra's new Florida Villa, on the Manors South, at Westridge, Davenport, just 20 minutes from Disney and close to all the major Orlando attractions.
The Manors South is a beautiful, gated community located on Highway 27, at Davenport, with easy access to Interstate 4, the US 192 and close to the new Posner Park Mall. The estate features many amenities such as fitness room, community pools etc.
We are experienced Florida home owners, with over five years experience, and have recently refurbished the villa to a very high standard.
The villa, almost 2000 square feet in size, features a large formal lounge and dining area, with an additional family lounge and breakfast dining area, four bedrooms - two queen, one twin, and the fourth with a twin over full (uk double) bunk bed. There are  two bathrooms, a master suite with large corner bath, huge 
L shaped closet  and separate shower, and a guest bathroom which also gives access to the pool area. The pool deck itself is fully screened with all weather furniture, including loungers and recliner chairs with footstools. It also has exterior lighting and an underwater floodlight. 
There is a fully equipped kitchen which includes dishwasher, full sized oven, microwave, garbage disposal etc etc, and a separate laundry room.
In fact the villa has everything you need for the perfect Florida holiday!
